No returns accepted for change of mind.
In the unlikely event your items arrive in faulty/damaged condition or you receive the incorrect items, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees to cancel your order plus a 5% restocking fee.
All packages are sent with Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) or Toll.
Due to COVID-19 in Queensland at this time we won't be able to allow local Pickup. Thank you for your understanding. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Please allow up to 3 business days before your order is shipped. In busier times, we will advise you if there is any delay in shipping your orders.
Please note express shipping is how fast your parcel will be received once shipped by us. This will not put you at the front of our processing queue.
