RETURNS:
No returns accepted for change of mind. No returns accepted if you can't sell your items. 

REPLACEMENT/REFUND:
In the unlikely event your items arrive in faulty/damaged condition or you receive the incorrect items, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you do not contact us in this time frame, no replacement or refunds will be allowed.

All items must be sent back in the condition that they arrived to you and in the original packaging.  Failure to do so will result in no refund or replacement. Additionally, If you have changed the item in any way e.g. personalised or other changes, a replacement or refund will not be given. 

If we have agreed to refund your order at your request, you will be charged the applicable merchant fees to cancel your order plus a 5% restocking fee.

SHIPPING:
All packages are sent with Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post). Should your purchases be over 5kg they will be boxed and Australia Post will cube the box.  You may be sent an amended invoice for further shipping costs.  You will receive two emails to let you know that there is an additional cost.  Your items WILL NOT be sent you until the additional costs are paid.  This is your responsibility to check as you agreed to this condition when making your order.

PICK UP:

Due to COVID-19 in Queensland at this time we only allow pickup by appointment only. Thank you for your understanding.  Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

PROCESSING TIME
Please allow up to 5-7 business days before your order is shipped. In busier times, we will advise you if there is any delay in shipping your orders.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Please note express shipping is not a "RUSH MY ORDER" option.  We do not offer this service at this time.  Express shipping is how Australia Post prioritise your parcel once they receive it. This will not put you at the front of our processing queue. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Please ensure you have read the product description prior to adding any items to your cart. Refunds will not be provided for purchase errors or change of mind. We cannot refund items once you have purchased them and cannot sell them. Should an item be out of stock when we go to pick your order it will be refunded. We will no longer be putting items on backorder due to the current unstable shipping climate.
